What is the difference between Draft and Normal?
Draft (€2/1,000 words) is a direct automatic translation, ideal for drafts and quick internal use. Normal (€9/1,000 words) goes through dual automatic AI verification that detects and corrects errors, with indications when something needs attention. For documents that will be read by others, we recommend Normal.
What does the quality report (Plus) include?
Plus (€9/1,000 words) includes everything from Normal plus a detailed Quality Estimation report. You receive a quality score per segment and per category (terminology, fluency, style), identification of problematic segments, and improvement recommendations. Ideal for deciding whether the document needs human review.
How does the quote request work (Human/ISO)?
For Human Translation or ISO 17100, upload the document and select the desired tier. You will receive a quote within up to 3 business hours. After approval, Human Translation is delivered in 1–2 business days and ISO in 2–3 business days.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes, between self-service tiers (Draft → Normal → Plus). You pay only the difference. Example: if you translated with Normal (€9/1,000) and want the Plus report, you pay +€0/1,000 words. For Human Translation and ISO, a new quote is required.
How long does each tier take?
Draft: 1–3 minutes. Normal: 3–10 minutes. Plus: 5–15 minutes. Human Translation: 1–2 business days. ISO 17100: 2–3 business days. Times for automatic tiers depend on document size.
Is there a volume discount?
For regular volumes or large projects, contact us for special terms. The wallet system already offers flexibility, top up any amount and use it over time.
