How It Works

Document is uploaded in one language. Downloaded in another. Ready to use.

No copy-paste, no reformatting, no asking anyone to review. Verification moves off your plate and onto the engine.

STEP 1

Upload your document

Drag your file into the platform. Vertio accepts Word (.docx, .doc), PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), Text (.txt), JSON and Markdown. Formatting is detected and preserved automatically: styles, tables, headings, lists, everything.

Limits: up to 50 MB and 20,000 words per document.

STEP 2

Choose language and tier

Select the source and target language. Vertio recommends the most appropriate service tier based on the document type, but the choice is always yours.

16 active languages: Portuguese (PT/BR), English (UK/US), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Danish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Swedish and Finnish. Over 70 languages available in the engine.

STEP 3

Vertio translates and verifies

This is where Vertio stands apart from everything else.

Vertio's translation and verification engine doesn't just translate and deliver. It performs multiple automatic checks before considering the document ready. It verifies, for example, term consistency, numbers and dates, units of measure, proper names, terminology, and coherence between sentences.

When something needs attention, Vertio flags it clearly so you know exactly where to look, without turning the translation into an internal task.

The result: documents that come out ready to use, not ready to review.

This engine was developed by a professional translation team with over 20 years of experience, with processes and revision from real-world work on business documents.

Processing varies depending on the selected tier, from automatic translation in minutes to the ISO 17100 certified process with an independent reviewer. See the section below for the full pipeline of each tier.

STEP 4

Download your document

The translated document is ready in minutes, with the original formatting intact. Download directly, check the quality report, and access the translation history. No copy-paste, no manual reformatting.

For Human Translation, the document is reviewed by a professional translator with delivery in 1–2 business days. For ISO 17100, the M21Global team applies the full certified process with delivery in 2–3 business days.
